We quote from a price book which is based on our flat rate system, there is no hourly charge. This makes it easier for our customers to be able know what to expect - there are no nasty surprises. Sometimes the plumbing problem is difficult to describe over the phone. If that is the case, we recommend for you to take a picture of it and email it to us so we can have our master plumber take a look. This often really helps with the diagnosis process.
